Urban Dictionary. Who defines your language?
Wiki-styled Urban Dictionary is a user-developed, defined, and refined dictionary where relevance is determined by freshness and user voting.
What?
It's a slang-styled dictionary and you (or anyone else) can define meanings of words/phrases, in addition to voting on the accuracy/worth of other people's definitions. Consider Urban Dictionary a cultural reference - as new words/phrases become cool/common, you may want to look here to see what the new language is all about.
Or not. Remember, it's a wiki, so quality is directly tied to the knowledge/accuracy/intent/motive of the author. For example, consider how economics is defined by a few users*:
Definition 1: The study of choice in the face of scarcity.
   Example 1: Ignorant people who post idiotic definitions have scarce resources.Definition 3: The study of fufilling ones unlimited wants using the Earth's limited resources.
   Example 3: "It's pure economics! Since our resource of TV writers is scarce, we're stuck with crappy reality shows!"
Or, check out the definition of engineer:
Definition 7: An accredited psychopath. Psychopathic tendencies are not usely inherent, but emerge after the proto-engineer (see: student) has been run through courses like statics, thermodynamics, and circuits.
   
Example 7: The difference between a psychopath and an engineer is that one has a degree.
One more, the definition of spelling:
Definition 2: What people are incapable of doing on the Internet.
   Example 2: It's "you," not "u."  IT'S ONLY 2 MORE CHARACTERS.
