Practicing Kaizen?
When I was a small boy, my Grandfather was one of the first people to buy a Toyota in our area. It was a rather unremarkable little tin box.
Being full of exuberance, and prone to irrationality, as all young boys are, I propmptly took to body checking the side of it.
To my amazement and shock, my slight frame put a sizable dent in the door. Flimsy, poorly designed doors were just one of its many imperfections.
Thankfully I did not get too bad of a beating over my little hockey inspired indiscretion. If I had, I might not have become such an avid fan and owner of that little rattletraps progeny.
What was the incredible secret that allowed the Toyota Motor Company to leverage this little tin box into a hugely profitable North American business within just a short period of time?
And how can you use this very same secret to make your marketing efforts profoundly more profitable? more...
